<br />utilities and appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over,
<br />across, underneath, and through a part of Lot One (1) Phillips Subdivision in the,
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The centerline of the twenty (20.0)
<br />foot wide utility easement and right -of -way being more particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot One (1) Phillips Subdivision;
<br />thence northerly along the westerly line of said Lot One (1), a distance
<br />of ten (10.0) feet to the Actual Point of Beginning; thence easterly,
<br />parallel with the southerly line of said Lot One (1), a distance of one
<br />hundred thirty one and forty three hundredths (131.43) feet; thence
