<br />LAMB AND KIANNE M. LAMB, HUSBAND AND WIFE AND CHARLES M.
<br />CANFIELD AND SUSAN K. CANFIELD, HUSBAND AND WIFE to FIDELITY y
<br />NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, Trustee, for the benefit of JEFFREY
<br />OAKS, INC., the beneficiary named therein, dated May 22, 2001 and recorded May 23,
<br />2001 in the Register of Deeds Office of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No.
<br />200104804, and has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
