<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by Superior Bldg. & Supply, Inc. ; a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated October 9, 1996 and December 19, 2001 and recorded October 10, 1996 and January 9,
<br />2002 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Documents #96- 107976 and #0200200289 in the
<br />Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, renuse, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deeds of Trust in the following described property:
<br />LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), MENDYK SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
