Schommer and Nancy A. Brown, <br />individuals , hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ", and HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND <br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "lender ", <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Borrower did execute a certain Deed of Trust dated March 25, 1996 , filed <br />of record in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds on March 29, 1996 as <br />Document No. 96- 102262 in respect to that real estate described as: <br />THE EAST SEVENTY FIVE (E75) FEET OF: A CERTAIN PART OF THE <br />SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SWl /4) OF SECTION ELEVEN (11), IN TOWNSHIP <br />ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M.
