<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated July 9, 2001 executed by Wenzl Construction Co., Inc., a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #0200106702 on the 9th day of
<br />July 2001, at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Block One (1), Ponderosa Lake Estates Fifth Subdivision, An Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated July 9, 2001, recorded as
<br />Document #0200106702 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force
<br />and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 29th day of April, 2002.
