Nine and Eighty Seven Hundredths (139.87) feet, to a point on the southerly line of Lot Six'(6), Block B, First Addition to Wood River, if extended, said point being Six and Forty One Hundredths (6.41) feet west of the southwest corner of Lot Six (6), Block B, First Addition to Wood River; thence running westerly along the extension of the southerly line of Lot Six (6). First Addition to Wood River, a distance of Ninety Five and Sixty Seven Hundredths (95.67) feet, to a point on the easterly right of way line of State Highway No. 11; thence running northerly along the easterly right of way line of State Highway No. 11, a distance of One Hundred Thirty Nine and Four Tenths (139.40) feet, to a point on the southerly right of wav line of Thirteenth 'Street; thence running easterly along the southerly right of way line of Thirteenth Street, a distance of Ninety Seven and Forty Five Hundredths (97.45) feet to the ACTUAL point of beginning and containing 0.310 acres more or less.
