Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />The Southeast Quarter (SE 1�) of Section Thirty -One (31), Township <br />Nine ( 9) , North, Range Twelve (12) , West of the 6th P.M., in Hall <br />County, Nebraska (that lies south of the county road, located in said <br />quarter section), less and except 31.67 acres deeded to Franz S. Blue <br />by Warranty Deed described as: Beginning at a fence post located in <br />place of the original stake at the Southeast corner of said Section <br />31; thence in a northerly direction on the east boundary line of said <br />Section 31, for a distance of 1733 feet to a gas pipe in the county <br />road; thence in a southwesterly direction along said county road for <br />a distance of 824.7 feet to a gas pipe; thence in a southerly <br />direction, parallel to the east boundary line of said Section 31, for <br />a distance of 1636 feet to the center of an old mound on the south <br />boundary line of said Section 31 (which mound is said to be the <br />Northeast corner of Section 6, Township 8 N, Range 18, west of the <br />6th P. M. Adams County) thence in an easterly direction, along the <br />south boundary line of said Section 31, to place of beginning. <br />All subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of <br />record. <br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled <br />to distribution of the real estate from said estate.
