The CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation, by action of its City Council on February 26, 2002, enacted Ordinance No. 8724, which directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and the manner and terms thereof. 2. Ordinance No. 8724 was published in the Grand Island Independent according to law on March 4, 2002, and notice of such sale and the terms thereof were published in the Grand Island Independent for three successive weeks on March 5, March 12, and March 19, 2002, all as required by Neb. Rev. Stat. § 16 -202, as amended. 3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. 8724. 4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 8724 provides that if no remonstrance be filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City Clerk shall make, execute and deliver to the Grantee, a Deed for said real estate, and the execution of such deed is hereby authorized without further action on behalf of the City Council. 5. The consideration of said transaction shall be One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and shall be conditioned upon the terms and conditions of a Contract Agreement, including the construction of a 3- bedroom house with an unfinished basement and a single car attached garage. NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation, as Grantor, for consideration identified above received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto GALVAN CONSTRUCTION, herein called the Grantee, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: 9 CD CZ CD v �a
