WHEREAS, William E. Langdon is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust
<br />executed July 28, 2000, by Renee L. Kopisch and Steven A. Kopisch, for the
<br />benefit of First Union National Bank of Delaware, filed August 9, 2000 as
<br />Inst. No. 200006448, in the office of the register of deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Beneficiary has requested a reconveyance of the trust
<br />property to the person or persons entitled thereto;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
