NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the

<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by KHAMLAY
<br />KHANTHAVIXAY AND KAISONE KHANTHAVIXAY HUSBAND AND WIFE to
