<br />WILLIAM H. BAASCH and LINDA M. BAASCH, husband and wife, each in
<br />his and her own right and as spouse of the other, AND CONNIE KAY BAASCH, a
<br />single woman, herein called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE
<br />AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($1.00) AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE
<br />CONSIDERATION received from Grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto CONNIE KAY BAASCH, Grantee, the following described real estate
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Part of the Northwest Quarter (NWI /4) of Section Twenty -Two (22)
<br />in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the
<br />6th P.M., being part of a rectangular piece of ground One Hundred
<br />Eight (108) feet wide by Four Hundred Forty -Nine (449) feet long,
<br />situated immediately North of Lots One (1), Twenty -Six (26) and
<br />Twenty -Seven (27), of Hawthorne place, being the tract described
<br />in Deed recorded in Book 48 at Page 136 of the Deed Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, said Hawthorne Place being a Subdivision of part
<br />of the Northwest Quarter (NWl /4) of Section Twenty -Two (22),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />and being more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
<br />Commencing at a point on the West line of said above described
<br />tract, thence South on the West line of said tract 54 feet, thence
<br />East on the South line of said tract 89 feet, thence North 54 feet,
<br />thence West, parallel with the north line of said tract 89 feet to the
<br />place of beginning, being a rectangular tract of ground having a
<br />Westerly frontage of 54 feet on South Pine Street, and a depth of 89
<br />feet, in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the
<br />tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with the said
<br />Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully seized of said
<br />premises, that they are free from encumbrance, except public roads and highways,
<br />easements and restrictions of record, and that we have good right and lawfully authority
<br />to sell the same; and we hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to said premises
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. And the said Grantors hereby
<br />relinquish all right, title, claim and interest in and to the above described premises.
