Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by THOMAS A
<br />STRAND AND BRENDA L STRAND, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated _JULY 27, 2001 and

<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
