Deed of Trust Reconveyance
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by SHAWN
<br />D. FRY AND JENNIFER L. FRY, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS as trustor, to
<br />NEBRASKA TITLE COMPANY as Trustee, for the benefit of LONDON FINANCIAL GROUP, as
<br />Beneficiary dated October 1, 1999 and recorded in the Office of the Registry of
<br />Deeds of the county of HALL, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 0099110011 of
<br />Mortgage Records, has been paid; and said Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered, as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below.
<br />Now therefore, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with this
<br />written request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these
<br />presents Grant, Remise, Release and Reconvey to the person entitled thereto, all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in
<br />the following described premises:
<br />LOT FIVE (5), JEFFREY OAKS THIRD SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all appurtenances, buildings, improvements, fixtures and privileges
