C n 0-) <br />N a p <br />T T N CID <br />X N O -n O <br />n i'� <br />(� M O O � <br />rn <br />F-► Ca <br />cn o �. <br />o <br />200204410 <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by <br />JAMES L CANNON AND MARY H CANNON, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND <br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, <br />dated FEBRUARY 27, 1992 and recorded MARCH 9, 1992 in the Office of the HALL <br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document <br />#92-10181 L has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, <br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to <br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such <br />premises: <br />LOT SEVEN (7) IN BLOCK FIVE (5) BRENTWOOD SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />Dated this 19th <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />day of April <br />2002 <br />Trustee: Arend R.
