<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />December 11, 1996, by MARK KEITH, an Unmarried Person, Trustor, in favor of WELLS FARGO
<br />BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, f/k/a THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK O
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, and AREND R. BAACK as Trustee under said Deed of Trust \JN
<br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and filed on December 20, o
<br />1996, as Document No. 96- 109928 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Wells Fargo
<br />Bank Nebraska, National Association, has been appointed as Trustee, replacing Arend R. Baack,
<br />by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee dated April 8, 2002, and filed for record on April 12, 2002, as
<br />Document No. 0200203982 of the Miscellaneous Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of
<br />Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />Lot 6, Block 3, LAMBERT'S ADDITION, City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the
<br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust for October, 2001, through March, 2002, with a total
<br />current amount due and owing of $3,250.92. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Trustee, Wells
<br />Fargo Bank Nebraska, National Association, for all fees and costs associated with this default and
<br />recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute § 76 -1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee, Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, National Association, has
<br />determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligation referred to above.,
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76 -1012.
