<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT

<br />You are hereby given notice of default under a Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Kathryn K. Heupel, a single person, dated December 5,
<br />1996, and recorded December 12, 1996, as Document No. 96- 109626 in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; said
<br />Deed of Trust securing the following property: -
<br />The Southerly Sixty -Six Feet (S661) of Lot Ten (10), Block c
<br />Forty -One (41), in Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />said Deed of Trust being in favor of Five Points Bank, a Nebraska
<br />Corporation, Trustee and Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Said default under the terms of said Deed of Trust has
<br />occurred by virtue of nonpayment of the payments as they became due
<br />and payable under a Promissory Note dated December 5, 1996, and
<br />designated as Loan No. 747930, in the principal sum of Twenty
<br />Thousand Fifty Dollars ($20,050), with a total principal balance
<br />due and owing as of April 19, 2002, of Seven Thousand Seven Hundred
<br />Seventy -Two Dollars and Eighty -Eight Cents ($7,772.88), unpaid
<br />interest of Two Hundred Thirteen Dollars and Seventeen Cents
<br />($213.17), and late charges of Thirty -Five Dollars ($35.00), for a
<br />total pay off of Eight Thousand Twenty -One Dollars and Five Cents
<br />($8,021.05), and per diem interest accruing at the rate of $2.76
<br />from and after April 19, 2002.
<br />In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to Trustee, Five
<br />Points Bank, for all fees and costs associated with this default
<br />and recovery pursuant to Nebraska Statute § 76 -1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee, Five Points Bank, has
<br />determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to
<br />satisfy the obligations referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within thirty ( 3 0 ) days of the filing
<br />of this Notice, and the obligations of the Deed of Trust may be
<br />thereby reinstated as provided in Nebraska Statute § 76 -1012.
