<br />Steff i A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to FEDERAL NATIONAL
<br />MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, P.O. Box 98968, 1 S. Wacker Drive, Suite
<br />3100, Chicago, Illinois, 60606 -4667, without any covenant or
<br />warranty, expressed or implied, all of the following described real
<br />estate:
<br />Lot Eight (8), Pleasant View Tenth Subdivision, in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated September 23, 1999, and recorded on September
<br />24, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Document No. 99- 109479 wherein Robert A. Robertson, a
<br />single person is named Trustor; and Mortgage Express, Inc. is named
<br />Benef iciary; and Michael F. Kivett is named Trustee, wherein
<br />Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $70,325.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by Mortgage Express, Inc. to Homeside Lending,
<br />Inc. by an Assignment dated September 23, 1999 and recorded on
<br />September 30, 1999 as Document No. 99- 109662 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. That by Substitution
<br />of Trustee dated December 17, 2001, made by Homeside Lending, Inc.
<br />Grantor was substituted as Trustee in place of Michael F. Kivett.
