<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among RANDALL LEE
<br />WILLIAMS AND CRISTINE SUE WILLIAMS, husband and wife, Trustor, and Bank of Doniphan,
<br />as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated November 20, 1993, and recorded on November 23, 1993, in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds in County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 93- 110147 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by -Bank of
<br />Doniphan, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or
<br />'persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written request of the
<br />Beneficiary, Bank of Doniphan, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described Deed
