Barnhill and Julie A. Barnhill, husband and wife, Trustors, <br />did on or about April 1, 1999, make, execute and deliver to Jerry J. Milner, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, <br />o <br />a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following described real property: <br />"Lot 5, in Block 138 of Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand <br />i <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska" <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Associates Financial Services <br />Company of Nebraska, Inc., a division of CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, <br />which Deed of Trust was recorded on April 5, 1999 in Instrument No. 99- 103543, Mortgage Records, in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the <br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on October 20, 2001 through March 20, 2002, <br />together with interest accruing thereon. <br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary herein has, pursuant to the Nebraska Trust Deeds <br />Act, appointed Michael F.
