LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />This License Agreement is made by and between the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, herein referred to as the "Licensor" and CONCORD <br />DEVELOPMENT LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee." <br />1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set <br />forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and <br />utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon right -of -way and <br />easements held by the Licensor: <br />Use of twenty (20.0) foot wide electrical easement, twenty (20.0) foot wide storm <br />sewer easement and use of the Concord Avenue right -of -way abutting and/or <br />adjacent to Lot Four (4) and Lot Seven (7), Block Two (2) Crane Valley <br />Subdivision to install, maintain and repair private power and water lines from <br />Pond "B" to Pond "C" and crossing over utility easement on the westerly edge of <br />Lot Four (4) Block Two (2) Crane Valley Subdivision to install, maintain and <br />repair private power and water lines from Pond "B to Pond "A ", all as shown in <br />the attached drawings, incorporated herein by reference. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE.
