200204238 <br />West a distance of 21.61 feet; thence South 88 051'31" East a distance of <br />81.50 feet; thence South 00048'59" West a distance of 27.74 feet; thence <br />North 88 °51'31" West a distance of45.75 feet; thence South 01 °20'54" <br />West a distance of 321.95 feet to a point on the South line of the said <br />SWI /4; thence North 89 020'53" West along said South line a distance of <br />99.F4 feet to tl-,e point of beginning. Said Easement contains 1.31 acres <br />more or less, of which 0.08 acres is existing county road right of way; <br />sought to be taken and also any other property of the Condemnees damaged thereby and <br />heard all parties interested therein to the amount of damages while so inspecting and <br />viewing the property. Those appearing while inspecting and viewing the property were: <br />4. Said appraisers did meet on the 15th day of April, 2002 commencing at 9:00 <br />o'clock A.M., to assess the damages that the Condemnees sustained by the taking of the <br />real estate hereinabove described by the Condemner, at which time said appraisers did <br />receive evidence relative to the amount of damages that will be sustained by the <br />Condemnees. Those who appeared to present evidence were: <br />5.
