Stat. § 76 -201): <br />Plat of a tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter (NE1 /4 SE1 /4) of Section Twenty Four (24), Township Ten <br />(10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter (NE1 /4 SE1 /4); thence westerly along the south line of said Northeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1 /4 SE1 /4), a distance of Eight Hundred <br />(800.0) feet; thence deflecting right 125° 40' 06" and running northeasterly, a <br />distance of One Thousand Two Hundred Eleven and Twenty Six Hundredths <br />(1,211.26) feet to the southerly right -of -way line of Highway I -80; thence <br />easterly along said highway right -of -way line, a distance of Ninety (90.0) feet to <br />the east line of said Section Twenty Four (24); thence southerly along the east <br />line of said Section Twenty Four (24), a distance of Nine Hundred Eighty Four <br />and Thirty Nine Hundredths (984.39) feet to the place of beginning and <br />containing 10.055 acres more or less, <br />this conveyance being subject to a driveway easement over and upon the Northerly Twenty feet <br />(20') of said premises conveyed to Shirley L.
