SCHIMMER, and SUSAN E. <br />SCHIMMER, Husband and wife, and HELEN E. SCHIMMER, a single person, herein <br />called the Grantors, in consideration of the correction of a clerical error contained in �� �7, <br />Condemnation Proceedings in the County Court of IIall County, Nebraska appearing as <br />Case No. 000 -4182, do hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />CENTRAL PLATTE NATURAL RESOURCES DISTRICT, herein called the Grantee, <br />the following- described property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />A tract of land located in Section Thirty -Four (34), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West, of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />more particularly described as: <br />Commencing at the Northeast comer of the Southeast Quarter (NF, Cor. <br />SE 1/4) of Section Thirty -Four (34), said point also being the point of <br />beginning); thence on an assumed bearing of S 01'50'26" E along the East <br />line of said SEl /4 a distance of 898.39 feet; thence S 88 009'59" W a <br />distance of 44.00 feet; thence N 05049'13" W a distance of 230.55 feet; <br />thence N 01009'21" E a distance of 95.45 feet; thence N 89'39'17" W a <br />distance of 735.43 feet; thence N 88 043'51" W a distance of 1845.53 feet <br />to a point on the West line of said SEIA; thence N 01'37'37 "W along <br />said West line a distance of 555.44 feet to a point being the center of said <br />Section 34; thence S 89 128'16" E along the North line of said SE1/4 a <br />distance of 1316.47 feet to a point being the Southwest comer of the East <br />Half, of the Northeast Quarter (SW Cor.
