To Invest, Reinvest or Otherwise Deal With Tangible Property. <br />To invest and reinvest my money in my name in any stocks, shares, bonds, securities or other <br />real or personal property as my attorney -in -fact deems advisable, and to receive and give receipts for <br />any income or dividend arising from such investments, and to vary or dispose of any such <br />investments for my use and benefit as my attorney -in -fact deems proper. <br />10. To Vote at Stockholders Meetings, Execute Proxies and Otherwise Substitute <br />for Owner. <br />To vote at the meetings of any corporate, or otherwise to act as my attorney -in -fact or proxy <br />as to any stocks, shares, bonds, debentures or other evidence of ownership, or securities now or <br />hereafter held by me and issued by said corporation and for that purpose to execute any limited or <br />general proxies or other necessary instruments. <br />11. Nomination of Guardian and Conservator. <br />To nominate a guardian for my person and a conservator for my estate if such protective <br />proceedings are commenced. <br />12. To Make Gifts. <br />To make gifts from my estate to any person or entity named in my Last Wilt as a primary or <br />contingent devisee or to the spouse of such a person, provided that any gift to the attorney -in -fact <br />or his or her spouse shall require the consent of one other person qualified to receive a gift. I have <br />trust and confidence that my attorney -in -fact shall exercise this authority properly in furtherance of <br />my estate planning goals. <br />13. To do All Other Things Necessary in Connection Herewith. <br />In general, to do all other things relating to my estate, property and affairs or to concur with <br />persons jointly interested with myself therein in doing the same as fully and effectually to all intents <br />and purposes as I could do myself if personally present, it being my intent to grant to my attorney -in- <br />fact a general power to act for me and on my behalf. <br />14. Power of Attorney Becomes Effective Upon Signin . <br />Pursuant to the provisions of the Uniform Durable Power of Attorney Act, I declare that this <br />power of attorney shall become effective upon signing and that the authority granted herein shall <br />continue during any period while I am disabled or incapacitated.
