To invest and reinvest my money in my name in any stocks, shares, bonds, securities or other real or personal property as my attorney -in -fact deems advisable, and to receive and give receipts for any income or dividend arising from such investments, and to vary or dispose of any such investments for my use and benefit as my attorney -in -fact deems proper. 10.
