TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by �p
<br />GORDON L SORENSEN AND JEAN M SORENSEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE -
<br />to AREND R MACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated NOVEMBER 25. 1994 and recorded NVEOBMER 30, 1994 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document
<br />#94- 109559 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />THE NORTH THIRTY FEET (N 30') OF LOT FOUR (4) AND SOUTH EIGHTY -FIVE FEET (S
<br />85') OF LOT THREE (3), BLOCK TWO (2) EIGHTH ADDITION TO CAIRO, HALL COUNTY,

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
