<br />January 26, 1988, executed by Grand Island Clinic Building Co., a Partnership, in which Five
<br />Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument #88- 100658, on the 5 +h
<br />day of February, 1988 and
<br />EREAS, said undersigned, William G. Blackburn, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as Trustee, as received from Five Points Bank, of Grand Island, Nebraska, as Beneficiary, written
<br />req 3 est t econvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot One (1), in Medical Park Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
