<br />electric utility poles, overhead and underground power lines, manholes, pipelines, surface markers,
<br />and other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a part of the
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE ' /< SE' /4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Eleven
<br />(11), Range Ten (10), Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
