200204068 <br />A tract of land being the northerly 12.0 feet of the westerly 429.6 feet of Lot One (1), <br />Pontious Subdivision, excluding the westerly 8.0 feet of Lot One (1); being an existing <br />permanent easement, <br />/_\0111: <br />A tract of land being the easterly 6.0 feet of the westerly 14.0 feet of Lot One (1), Pontious <br />Subdivision, excluding the northerly 12.0 feet of Lot One (1), Pontious Subdivision, <br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and egress to the above- <br />described easement and right -of -way for any purpose necessary for the surveying, construction, <br />inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation, extension, removal, and operation of such <br />sanitary sewer mains and manholes. Such rights of ingress and egress shall be exercised in a <br />reasonable manner. <br />Grantee shall have the right to excavate and refill ditches and trenches necessary for such <br />sanitary sewer mains and manholes; to remove, clear and keep clear trees, roots, bushes, hedges, <br />undergrowth, and /or any obstructions interfering with the surveying, construction, inspection, <br />maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation, extension, removal, and operation of such sanitary <br />sewer mains and manholes. <br />Granters shall have the right to use the easement and right -of -way for purposes not <br />inconsistent with Grantee's full enjoyment of the rights herein granted, provided that Grantors shall <br />not allow any structures, buildings; combustible materials, or other property of any kind whatsoever, <br />to be erected, constructed, placed, stored, or accumulated in, upon, above, along, over, across, <br />underneath or through the easement and right -of -way herein granted. <br />-2- <br />
