<br />ROBIN ARNOLD and MARILYN G. ARNOLD, husband and wife, herein called
<br />the Grantors, in consideration of Two hundred sixteen dollars and forty -five cents ($216.45) and
<br />other consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and convey unto the

<br />and perpetual easement and right -of -way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and

<br />electric utility poles, overhead and underground power fines, manholes, pipelines, surface markers,
<br />and other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a part of Lot Twenty -
