<br />Nebraska Public Power District, a public corporation and political subdivision of the State of
<br />Nebraska, hereby releases all of its interest in the Grant of Easement, which was recorded on March
<br />4, 1942 in Book T of Miscellaneous Instruments at Page 559, which was assigned to Nebraska
<br />Public Power District by The Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District by an Assignment
<br />which was recorded on Instrument #95- 106346 on September 20, 1995, all in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the following described real estate:
<br />A tract of land in the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (NI/2 NE%) of Section 4,
<br />Township 10 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, the
<br />centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of the
<br />said North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N' /2 NE %4), approximately 13.3 feet south of
<br />the north fence line thereof; thence in a westerly direction, approximately parallel to the
<br />north fence line thereof, a distance of approximately 2641.2 feet to the west line thereof.
<br />This Release of Easement shall in no way affect any other interests Nebraska Public Power
<br />District may have on or across said property.
