<br />Nebraska-Public Power District, a public corporation and political subdivision of the State of
<br />Nebraska, hereby releases all of its interest in the Grant of Easement, which was recorded on March
<br />19, 1942 in Book T of Miscellaneous Instruments at Page 565, which was assigned to Nebraska
<br />Public Power District by The Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District by an Assignment
<br />which was recorded on Instrument #95- 106346 on September 20, 1995, all in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the following described real estate:
<br />A tract of land in the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (W/2
<br />NE'% NE %) of Section 3, Township 10 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, the centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point
<br />on the west line of the said West Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(W1/2N E' /4 NE' /<), approximately 18.6 feet south of the north fence line thereof; thence
<br />in an easterly direction approximately parallel to the north fence line thereof, a distance
<br />of approximately 196.4 feet; thence in a northeasterly direction a distance of
<br />approximately 61.0 feet to the north line thereof.
<br />This Release of Easement shall in no way affect any other interests Nebraska Public Power
<br />District may have on or across said property.
