<br />County, Nebraska, the centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point
<br />on the south line of the said west 35 acres of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (NW' /4 SW' /4), approximately 42.8 feet east of the southwest comer thereof,
<br />thence in a northeasterly direction, a distance of approximately 1500 feet to a point on
<br />the east line of the said west 35 acres of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (NW' /4 SW' /4), approximately 260.0 feet south of the northeast corner thereof.
<br />This Release of Easement shall in no way affect any other interests Nebraska Public Power
<br />District may have on or across said property.

<br />Public Power District by The Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District by an Assignment
<br />which was recorded on Instrument #95- 106346 on September 20, 1995, all in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the following described real estate:
