<br />Nebraska Public Power District, a public corporation and political subdivision of the State of
<br />k4�-� Nebraska, hereby releases all of its interest in the Grant of Easement, which was recorded on April
<br />19, 1945 in Book U of Miscellaneous Instruments at Page 506, which was assigned to Nebraska
<br />Public Power District by The Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District by an Assignment
<br />which was recorded on Instrument #95- 106346 on September 20, 1995, all in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the following described real estate:
<br />A tract of land in the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E' /2 SW%) of Section 35,
<br />Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, the
<br />centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of the
<br />said East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E' /2 SW' /<), 107.9 feet south of the northwest
<br />corner thereof; thence in a northeasterly direction to a point on the north line of the said
<br />East Half (E' /) approximately 110 feet east of the northwest corner thereof.
<br />This Release of Easement shall in no way affect any other interests Nebraska Public Power
<br />District may have on or across said property.
<br />Dated this 01LAI day of 2002.
