<br />Nebraska Public Power District, a public corporation and political subdivision of the State of
<br />Nebraska, hereby releases all of its interest in the Grant of Easement, which was recorded on May
<br />12, 1942 in Book T of Miscellaneous Instruments at Page 668, which was assigned to Nebraska
<br />Public Power District by The Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District by an Assignment
<br />which was recorded on Instrument #95- 106346 on September 20, 1995, all in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the following described real estate:
<br />A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SEY4 NW' /4) of
<br />Section 35, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />the centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of
<br />the said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE'% NW%), approximately 110
<br />feet east of the southwest comer thereof; thence in a northeasterly direction, a distance
<br />of approximately 1700 feet to a point on the north line thereof, approximately 190 feet
<br />west of the northeast corner thereof.
<br />This Release of Easement shall in no way affect any other interests Nebraska Public Power
<br />District may have on or across said property.
<br />Dated this day of a 2002.
