<br />Nebraska Public Power District, a public corporation and political subdivision of the State of
<br />Nebraska, hereby releases all of its interest in the Grant of Easement, which was recorded on March
<br />19, 1942 in Book T of Miscellaneous Instruments at Page 566, which was assigned to Nebraska
<br />Public Power District by The Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District by an Assignment
<br />which was recorded on Instrument #95- 106346 on September 20, 1995, all in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the following described real estate:
<br />A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW' /4 SE%) of
<br />Section 26, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />the centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of
<br />the said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW'/ SE' /4), approximately
<br />1664.7 feet west of the southeast comer of the said Section Twenty -six (26); thence in
<br />a northeasterly direction a distance of approximately 519.2 feet to a point on the east
<br />line of the said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW'% SE' /4),
<br />approximately 388.0 feet north of the southeast corner thereof.
<br />This Release of Easement shall in no way affect any other interests Nebraska Public Power
<br />District may have on or across said property.
