<br />Nebraska Public Power District, a public corporation and political subdivision of the State of
<br />Nebraska, hereby releases all of its interest in the Grant of Easement, which was recorded on May
<br />28, 1942 in Book T of Miscellaneous Instruments at Page 675, which was assigned to Nebraska
<br />Public Power District by The Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District by an Assignment
<br />which was recorded on Instrument #95- 106346 on September 20, 1995, all in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the following described real estate:
<br />A tract of land in the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the (E' /2 SE' /<) of Section 26,
<br />Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, the
<br />centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of the
<br />said East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E'/ SE%), approximately 388.0 feet north of
<br />the southwest comer thereof; thence in a northeasterly direction, a distance of
<br />approximately 1995.3 feet to a point on the east line thereof, approximately 759.8 feet
<br />south of the northeast corner thereof.
<br />This Release of Easement shall in no way affect any other interests Nebraska Public Power
<br />District may have on or across said property.
