<br />centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of the
<br />said West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W' /2 SW%), approximately 759.8 feet south of
<br />the northwest corner thereof; thence in a northeasterly direction a distance of
<br />approximately 1015.2 feet to a point on the north line thereof, approximately 674.3 feet

<br />This Release of Easement shall in no way affect any other interests Nebraska Public Power

<br />Nebraska, hereby releases all of its interest in the Grant of Easement, which was recorded on March

<br />31, 1942 in Book T of Miscellaneous Instruments at Page 645, which was assigned to Nebraska
<br />Public Power District by The Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District by an Assignment
<br />which was recorded on Instrument #95- 106346 on September 20, 1995, all in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the following described real estate:
