Ltd o V U cc <br />C) RELEASE OF EASEMENT <br />�* C 200204039 W <br />IbraskajDublic Power District, a public corporation and political subdivision of the State of <br />Nebraska, hereby releases all of its interest in the Easement described in the Report of Appraisers, <br />which was recorded on April 26, 1945 in Book U of Miscellaneous Instruments at Page 513, which <br />was assigned to Nebraska Public Power District by The Central Nebraska Public Power and <br />Irrigation District by an Assignment which was recorded on Instrument #95- 106346 on September <br />20, 1995, all in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the following <br />described real estate: <br />A tract of land in the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S'/2 NW %) of Section 25, <br />Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, the <br />centerline of said transmission line is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the <br />south line of said South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S' /2 NW %) 674.3 feet east of the <br />southwest corner thereof; thence in a northeasterly direction on a straight course a <br />distance of 176.4 feet to the site of Transmission Line Structure No. 1; thence <br />continuing on said straight course produced a distance of 740.0 feet to the site of <br />Transmission Line Structure No. 2; thence continuing on said straight course produced <br />a distance of 790.0 feet to the site of Transmission Line Structure No. 3; thence <br />continuing on said straight course produced a distance of 15.7 feet to a point on the <br />north line of said South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S'/2 NW'/.) 800.0 feet west of the <br />northeast comer thereof. <br />This Release of Easement shall in no way affect any other interests Nebraska Public Power <br />District may have on or across said property. <br />Dated this L day of DAI , 2002. <br />gymUS <br />. �Swvi <br />, . i Reg. of Deeds <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF PLATTE ) <br />NE!
