TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF
<br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as
<br />Assignee, Grantee, Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch,
<br />c/o First Preston Foreclosure Specialists, 12240 Inwood Road, Suite
<br />400, Dallas, TX 75244, without any covenant or warranty, expressed
<br />or implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />Lot Seven (7), in Block one Hundred Twenty Eight (128),
<br />in Union Pacific Railway Company's Second addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated November 27, 2000, and recorded on November
<br />29, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 2000 -10368 wherein Ronald B. Saner and
<br />Angela Rose Saner, husband and wife are named Trustors; and
<br />Mountain West Financial, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and First
<br />American Title Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor
<br />granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $69,864.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by Mountain West Financial, Inc., to Fleet
<br />National Bank by an Assignment dated November 28, 2000 and recorded
<br />on November 29, 2000 as Instrument No. 2000 -10369 in the Office of
