<br />The undersigned is Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated May 25, 2001 and executed by
<br />Shane Redwine, as husband and joint debtor and Teresa C.. Redwine, as wife and joint debtor.
<br />The Bank of Clarks is named in the Deed of Trust as beneficiary. The Deed of Trust is
<br />recorded as instrument number 0200105092 in the real estate records in the office of the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The undersigned Trustee has
<br />received written request to reconvey from the Beneficiary.
<br />Therefore, in accordance with the request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the Trustor(s), all of the
<br />estate and interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />real estate to -wit:
<br />Lot Two (2), Jeffrey Oaks Fourth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
