<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed RUDOLF F PLATE,

<br />JEANNICE R PLATE AND AND TIM C PLATE; HUSBAND AND WIFE AND UNMARRIED INDIVIDUAL to
<br />UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein dated MAY 28, 2001, and recorded JUNE 25, 2002 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in
<br />INSTRUMENT #0200106144 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
