DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the <br />Deed of Trust dated May 10, 1999, and executed by GI Clinic Building Co., a Partnership, as Trustors, in <br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as <br />Document #99- 104907 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County dated May, 12, 1999, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br />Lot One (1) in Medical Park Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this I Oh day of April, 2002. <br />�QpINTS �� <br />SEAL <br />�S�AND,N� <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br />r <br />By: William W.
