THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by Charles A. Janecek and Kimberly J.

<br />Silver Creek, Beneficiary, and recorded July 17, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall Z\
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200106991 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered o
