and <br />WHEREAS, said Board designated that the property to be conveyed herein be transferred <br />to its designee, Farm Progress Companies, Inc, Grantee herein; and <br />WHEREAS, previous to such designation, Agricultural Institute of Nebraska, Inc., a <br />Nebraska non -profit corporation leased 937 acres of the property to be conveyed herein; and <br />WHEREAS, Agricultural Institute of Nebraska, Inc., contracted with Farm Progress <br />Companies, Inc., during the tern of the said lease to conduct the annual Husker Harvest Days <br />show on the property to be conveyed herein;
