<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Ashton state Bank as
<br />Trustee under the Trust Deed dated July 5, 2000
<br />executed by James F. Kaslon, a single person
<br />as Trustor,in which Ashton state Bank
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned Trustee, and recorded in Book inst# 0200005650
<br />Page ' in the office of the County Clerk of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such
<br />Trust deed, the undersigned, as Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under
<br />the Trust Deed in the following described real estate, to wit:
