<br />LYNN A GARDIENT AND JENNIFER A GARDIENT, HUSBAND AND WIFE, A/K/A
<br />LYNN ALFRED GARDIENT AND JENNIFER ANN GARDIENT, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated AUGUST 18, 2000 and recorded AUGUST 18, 2000 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document #0200006720
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
