M m o _ _ Y n c� co C+ z rn < o a. o (p T Z N on P Co O C W \ D r y r� CO b� © o N ff by o CA N EXTENSION AGREEMENT This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this %Smday MARCH, 2002, by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and MICHAEL S KNEALE AND PATRICIA J KNEALE, HUSBAND AND WIFE hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". ° WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: LOT ONE (1) PONDEROSA LAKE ESTATES SECOND SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated JUNE 1.2001. and filed for record on JUNE 11.2001. in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AS DOCUMENT #0200105595. WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of DECEMBER 1.2016: WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT, SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: 1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage is hereby AMENDED TO SEPTEMBER 1.2017. 2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining indebtedness concurrently herewith extended- IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the date first noted above.
