<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />January 26, 1998, by DAVID THOMPSON and KATHY L. THOMPSON, husband and wife,
<br />'I'rnStor,infRvorof WELLS FARGO BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, f/k/a THE _
<br />OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, and AREND R BAACK,
<br />Trustee under said Deed of Trust recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, S
<br />Nebraska, and filed on February 5, 1998, as Document No. 98- 100947 of the Mortgage Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. DONALD J. PAVELKA, JR. has been substituted as Trustee for Arend R.
<br />Baack, by virtue a Substitution of Trustee dated March 19, 2002, and filed for record April 1, 2002,
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County as Instrument No. 0200203483, of the
<br />Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as
<br />follows:
<br />Lot 3, Bock 65, Wheeler and Bar nett's Second Addition, City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the
<br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust for October, 2001, through March 2002, with a total
<br />current amount due and owing of $3,278.79. In addition, Truster is hereby liable to the Trustee, Donald
<br />J. Pavelka, Jr., for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska
<br />statute § 76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said defrult,'frustee, Donald J. Pavelka, Jr., has determined to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the trust property to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76 -1012.
