Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as <br />follows: <br />Lot 3, Bock 65, Wheeler and Bar nett's Second Addition, City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the <br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust for October, 2001, through March 2002, with a total <br />current amount due and owing of $3,278.79. In addition, Truster is hereby liable to the Trustee, Donald <br />J. Pavelka, Jr., for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska <br />statute § 76-1012. <br />By virtue of said defrult,'frustee, Donald J.
