SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Aurora Loan Services, Inc., in
<br />consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration,
<br />in hand paid by Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Washington, D.C., does hereby
<br />Grant, Bargain, Sell and Convey unto the said Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, the
<br />following described premises, situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />LOT FIFTEEN (15), IN SASS SECOND SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, and all the
<br />estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of the said Aurora Loan Services, Inc., of,
<br />in, or to the same, or any part thereof:
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises unto the said grantee and to its
<br />heirs forever; and the said Aurora Loan Services, Inc. hereby covenants that said premises are free
<br />and clear of all liens and encumbrances except easements, covenants and restrictions of record'and
<br />it does hereby covenant to WARRANT AND DEFEND the said premises against the lawful claims
<br />and demands of all persons claiming by, through, or under it, and against no other claims or
<br />demands.
