<br />DEED OF TRUST DEED TRUSTEE
<br />This instrument, made this 111 day of December, 2001, between Thomas J. Young, a
<br />member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, hereinafter called "Grantor ",
<br />pursuant to the power of sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust recorded as Document No. 99-
<br />103689 in the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, -Nrl
<br />and Aurora Loan Services, Inc., hereinafter called "Grantee ":
<br />WHEREAS, on September 17, 2001, Thomas J. Young, as Successor Trustee, executed a
<br />Notice of Default pursuant to which notice was given to Douglas Whiles and Colleen Whiles,
<br />Trustors, under that certain Deed of Trust recorded as Document No. 99- 103689 in the Mortgage
<br />Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, covering that certain
<br />premises described as:
<br />LOT FIFTEEN (15), IN SASS SECOND SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and setting
<br />forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold property to satisfy the
<br />obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on September 19, 2001 as Document No. 2001-1%09509 of the Miscellaneous records of
<br />said County.
<br />A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice
<br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76 -1008 R.R.S. Nebraska.
<br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on October 30, 2001, Grantor caused to be published in THE
<br />GRAND ISLAND INDEPENDENT, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, a Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating
<br />that the described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified
<br />or cashier's check, in the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, Nebraska at
